The number must be between 10 and 400. Try again by entering a number in this range.

There are two reasons why this error may occur.

• Issue - 1 You save a workbook in Microsoft Office Excel 2007 while in Page Break Preview view. When you open the workbook in Microsoft Office Excel 2003 and then try to change to Normal view, you receive the following error message:
• When you try and print a graph from Microsoft Office Excel with a invalid paper size you may recieve this error message

To Fix issue 1 there is a hotfix to Microsoft Office 2007 which can be downloaded and installed which will stop this error from occuring.

To Fix Issue 2 you need to simply check the paper layout by clicking the page layout tab. Then from the drop down under size make sure it is set to A4 if thats what you are printing from. The error has been known to appear if the size is set to "legal" or "envelope" when trying to print that will only fit on A4. The error message may not be restricted to just those 2 sizes.
