Problems with Flash Plugin for Internet Explorer
If you are having problems with Adobe Flash player not playing videos on the internet. If you cannot upgrade or install the latest version due to error messages it is worth following these steps. It requires you uninstalling the current version of flash player and then reinstalling the latest. This may seem obvious but rather than using the control panel to uninstall flash you need to use the Adobe uninstaller. This makes it remove all settings and remnances of the flash player. Once you have run the adobe uninstaller. Reboot the computer. It is then worth removing all your temporay internet files incase theres any corrupt files that maybe causing issues. You do this By doing the following.
- Click the Windows Button
- In the search box Type Internet Options . Then Click Internet Options when it appears in the list.
- It will open a window like the Image Below. Click on the button delete as highlighted in the picture.

This in turn will bring up another window, see image below. Make sure there is a tick in the tempory internet files box and then click delete. This should remove all your temporary internet files.

Once you have deleted your temporary internet files. Install the latest verion. Please see link below:
Once you have installed the latest version. Restart the computer.
